Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming WhatsApp leads after AI triage, providing personalized sales support to maximize conversions.
• Build trust with customers by answering product questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them to purchase.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
• Handle after-sales queries, including coordinating with the operations team on deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Update product and listing data where necessary to ensure accuracy across sales channels.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all communications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce or online sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Comfortable working fully remote, with reliable internet access and home office setup.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work shift-based schedules (within ~40 hours/week).
• Preferred but not required: Ability to handle conversational Mandarin (written and spoken), experience with WhatsApp Business platforms, familiarity with Shopify/marketplace platforms, or knowledge of second-hand electronics retail.
