Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute Regional Go-to-market (GTM) programs in collaboration with local and regional teams for existing and new features
- Closely monitoring product performance and analyse shifts in trends to recommend tactical next steps for programme growth
- Support adhoc initiatives to generate awareness and adoption for the programme
- Work with cross-functional partners internally to drive alignment, including Business, Category Marketing, Design, Product, Finance and Engineering.
- Update and maintain the marketing calendars in coordination both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely processing of monthly invoices and supporting ad-hoc requests to maintain smooth operational workflows
- Execute promotional campaigns for regional recommerce markets
- Contribute to weekly dashboard reviews for recommerce pillars
Qualifications
*This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2026.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
- Ability to understand and generate insights and recommendations from large datasets
- Familiarity in Google Suite applications, particularly Sheets, Docs and Slides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints
- Multi-tasker with strong project management capability
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and can manage working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
- Keen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operate
- Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
