DM/CRM Operations Intern (Jan 2026 Intake)

Job Description
As we expand workstreams in different markets, we need additional support to manage execution of campaigns:
- Assist team on execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on biddable media channels like Google and Facebook
- Implement marketing campaigns across CRM channels like email and push, and our internal marketing channels and develop an understanding of measuring campaign performance
- Monitor user behavior and engagement within the Carousell app, analyse campaign data to further drive campaign improvement and support the team with data reporting and generating insights
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to align and collaborate on category/workstream campaigns
- Identify test and learn opportunities
- Work with creative design team to come up with visuals for creative testing
- Ensure billing accuracy of paid campaigns and assist with budget reconciliation
- Execute CRM/DM executions of Regional Marketing campaigns across all participating markets (mostly SG and HK but could also include MY, PH and TW)
- Basic support for CRM/DM data consolidation and analysis
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a Marketing, Media/Communications or Business related degree/diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints.
- Multi-tasker with strong project management capability
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Keen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operate
- Comfortable with navigating Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Comfortable with numbers and HTML codes
- Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan - Jun) for a full time internship
