Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Luxury Business Unit at Carousell, supporting our growth in Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on luxury goods, driving both customer acquisition and retention through digital campaigns. You will manage paid performance marketing initiatives as well as CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns, helping scale Carousell Luxury into its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing (Acquisition)
    • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across SEM, Meta, Google, and other paid digital channels.
    • Drive high-quality acquisition of buyers and sellers in luxury goods.
    • Monitor, test, and refine campaigns to achieve performance targets (CAC, LTV, CPA, CPC).
  • CRM & Retention Marketing
    • Develop and manage CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to engage and retain luxury customers.
    • Personalise messaging to increase engagement, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
    • Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the luxury tone and experience.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and optimise based on data-driven insights.
    • Provide regular reporting to BU leads and marketing stakeholders on campaign results, wins, and learnings.
    • Translate customer and campaign data into actionable recommendations for growth.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with Luxury BU leads, brand, and creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with business priorities.
    • Partner with marketing and local teams in Singapore and Malaysia to deliver integrated Luxury campaigns.

Experience: At least 5 years in digital marketing, with proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and CRM/lifecycle marketing. Industry Knowledge: Background in luxury fashion, retail, or premium consumer categories preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM; experience with CRM/marketing automation tools. Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills: Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with BU leads and cross-functional partners.

Personal Qualities: Positive growth mindset, resilient, and motivated by collaboration and change.
