To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a People Operations Manager (m/w/d) who will optimize our people processes, improve the employee experience, and make our company a great place to work!

Your Tasks:

• HR Operations: Independently manage all processes for various departments in the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and offboarding processes
• Preparatory Payroll & Benefits: Interface with external payroll, maintain data for payroll calculations, and support benefits like JobRad, DeutschlandTicket & Co.
• HR Systems & Processes: Maintain and optimize our HR tools (Personio) and internal processes
• People Support: Point of contact for our employees and managers on all HR-related issues
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring the currency and compliance of all HR documents

Your Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR/People role, ideally in the tech or startup environment
• In-depth knowledge of all processes in the employee lifecycle as well as in HR operations, preparatory payroll, labor law, and modern people processes
• Strong affinity for digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI); you enjoy using and developing new technologies in the HR context
• Structured, detail-oriented work with a focus on efficiency
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., Personio, Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, AI tools)
• Fluent German and English
