For the West region – around Essen, we are looking for dedicated colleagues in sales who are hungry for success. With real drive, B2B sales skills, and a passion for cold calling, you will win new dealer customers for CarOnSale, who will market their used cars via our platform and digital solutions. Together, we will shape the future of the automotive trade!

Your Tasks:

  • You will consistently win new customers for CarOnSale and focus fully on acquisition – for this, you will receive target lists from us.
  • You will manage the entire sales process: from the first contact to the professional presentation and consultation, up to the contract conclusion and onboarding.
  • You will support new customers in their entry onto our marketplace and help them increase their sales volume of used cars.
  • You will document your activities in Salesforce and regularly exchange with your team in virtual meetings.
  • You will work closely with other teams (e.g., existing customer care) and are also involved in customer win-back.
  • Your focus is on acquisition and onboarding – as a true hunter, you enjoy constantly exploring new territories.

How You Work With Us:

  • You will be in the field and service customers in your region – usually four days a week with on-site visits.
  • One day a week, you will use the home office to prepare and follow up on appointments and plan your week.
  • Overnight stays as part of your travel activities are not a problem for you.
  • You will design your appointments and routes independently and benefit from maximum flexibility.
  • You will have access to top customers from the industry and work with exciting partners on an equal footing.

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in the field
  • Proven consulting skills, also with complex products and digital solutions (solution selling)
  • Passion for acquisition and sales – you want to hunt and celebrate successes
  • Independent, structured working method and high self-motivation
  • Communication skills in personal conversations and presentations, as well as proven closing strength
  • Ideally experience or great interest in the automotive industry and current trends in used car trading
  • You speak fluent German – at least at C1 level.
