We're looking for a Specialist, HR Program Manager at Holland America Line and Seabourn is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and delivery of internally developed shared business facing applications used by Princess, Holland America, Seabourn and HAP Alaska Brands.
The Specialist, HR Program Management role provides analytical, organizational, and strategic support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for Princess Cruise Line. They will contribute to key priorities and strategic objectives of the HR Team by gathering and processing qualitative and quantitative employment data. This position will partner and collaborate with senior HR leaders and Brand HR Leads to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and track goals against benchmarks, while contributing to the overall HR strategy.
