Customer Service Representative

At Carma, we make selling a car simple, smooth, and dare we say… enjoyable. As a Customer Service Representative in our Buying team, you'll guide customers through a smooth, simple, and positive journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Chat with customers via phone, email, social, and chat to book inspections and answer questions with a friendly can-do attitude.
  • Keep inspections on track- confirm times, minimise cancellations, and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Onboard our vehicles in our system and handle admin like a pro.
  • Spot and solve potential issues before they become problems, delivering fast solutions and an unforgettable selling experience.
  • Juggle multiple systems (CRM, Hubspot, website… you get the idea) while staying one step ahead.
  • Keep the team spirit high! Take ownership of every interaction, follow up, and close the loop to make every customer feel valued.

Okay, let's talk about you:

  • You've got experience in customer service and a knack for making people feel heard.
  • You can chat confidently across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Tech-savvy and curious, ready to learn new systems.
  • Multitasking pro with the flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Bonus points if you know your SUVs from your sedans—but it's not essential.
  • We're open daily, so flexible availability across weekdays and weekends is essential for this role!
  • We're based in Surry Hills, Sydney - so you'll need to be comfortable with this commute to the office
