Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead Are you looking for a role where you will lead cyber threat intelligence in multiple regions, where your work will play a leading role in protecting a global company? Then Carlsberg has the right challenge for you. Cybersecurity is a strategic priority for us at Carlsberg. We are expanding our capabilities within Security Engineering and are looking for a Senior Manager who will help us turn cyber threat intelligence (CTI) into proactive security and take a leading role within our new Global Cyber Defence Centre (CDC).

What you will be doing You'll be responsible for our CTI capabilities globally and use your skills to enhance detection through monitoring of adversary groups and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Your scope will include:

• Providing CTI input into the cyber incident response process.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group to inform and influence decisions based on real-time threat intelligence and provide region-based reporting.
• Supporting cyber risk management through intelligence-based scenarios.
• Supporting design and execution of realistic cyber exercises for our regions and markets.

What are we looking for We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working in CTI who possesses:

• Proven experience leading or managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide others
• Strong adversary knowledge, including threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Hands-on experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort in operating in an international, multicultural environment
• Strong interest in, and readiness for, a leadership role within CTI
