We're looking for a strategic and operational leader to own and continuously evolve Carlsberg's global paid media operating system. This role ensures that processes, systems, governance, and agency partnerships enable markets to plan, buy, and measure media effectively—driving incremental growth, capital efficiency, and responsible media practices across the Group. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, embedding AI-native, future-ready operations and building a globally aligned model that empowers local agility.
