Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building
In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island
Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area
Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area
Satellite- Workspace is at one of CUC's satellite locations
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing professional administrative support to the Executive Officers, including preparation of reports, the organization of meetings, scheduling of appointments, and professional handling of enquiries, as requested;
- Assisting with the efficient functioning of the share purchase programs, the receipt and tracking of investor queries, the maintenance, filing of accurate shareholder documentation and assistance to the Compliance Department team to ensure achievement of reporting deadlines with Securities Regulators;
- Providing administrative assistance to the Company Secretary, as required, including the maintenance of Company corporate records, minute books, securities registration and reporting records;
- Organizing itineraries, including Executive and Board of Director members' travel and accommodation, and other required travel related arrangements company-wide and the placement of visiting contract workers. Ensuring compliance with travel related policies and procedures;
- Processing and tracking of Executive and Compliance department expense invoices and maintenance of the petty cash reserve for Executive, Compliance department and business travel purposes;
- Preparing boardroom for Board of Directors and other meetings, managing the Executive Boardroom bookings and the arrangement and set up of refreshments as requested. Assist with the running of the Company Annual General Meeting;
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Degree in a business related field (preferred);
- Associates Degree in related field and professional personal assistant training with minimum 5 years' working experience;
- Five to seven (5 to 7) years' experience in Customer Service and/or a Registrar & Transfer Agent (preferred);
- Basic understanding of financial and disclosure instruments, securities regulations and capital market processes;
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office & Reporting in an online environment;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask.
