You'll work closely with our Managing Director and Head of Sales in a highly supportive and robust customer focused environment where decisions happen quickly and you will be given new challenges and responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business Take the lead in growing our Air & Ocean freight portfolio by identifying and winning new customers.
  • Own Your Strategy Analyze the market, spot opportunities, and build your own path to success.
  • Build Real Partnerships Create long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that truly work.
  • Lead Deals That Matter From tenders to negotiations, you'll own the full sales cycle—crafting winning proposals and closing impactful deals.
  • Shape Your Success Enjoy real autonomy to develop your territory and see the direct results of your work.
  • Collaborate & Deliver Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Drive At least 2 years of experience in Air or Ocean freight forwarding sales, with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Market Know-How You understand logistics—and how to turn complexity into opportunity.
  • Strong Communication Skills Native-level Finnish and fluent English to collaborate across our global network.
  • Natural Relationship Builder You connect easily with decision-makers and build trust that lasts.
  • On-the-Ground Energy A valid driving license and a genuine passion for meeting customers face-to-face.
