✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building and developing a world-class data platform at CareMessage
- Participate in the development of data architecture, quality control, ETL/ELT, pipelines, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand health data use cases and design solutions to meet business needs
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and processes for healthcare data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analysis
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced data engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare data standards, regulatory requirements, and electronic health records
- Proficient in SQL and at least one of Python, R, Java, or Scala for data processing tasks
- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT, data governance, data warehousing, and data security
- Skilled in various data technologies like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka, Airflow, Spark, and more
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
