Job Position:
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a QA Engineer who have strong technical expertise in ORMB, ETL, Manual testing and should be able to work on complex ORMB requirements, should have very strong logical and analysis skills.
- Associate should be able to capture the various scenarios for SIT, Regression and End to End testing based on the requirements.
Job Responsibility:
- Should be able to understand technical and functional requirements.
- SIT test scenarios covered should be exhaustive.
- Follow testing standards.
- Test Plan review process to be followed and quality of the deliverables needs to be met.
- Resolve technical issues/ errors while executing the jobs/testing.
- Work independently, with minimal guidance.
- Always deliver within the committed timelines.
- Should be able to scale up and learn new functions in the team.
- Communicate/Collaborate onshore/offshore team members with respect to deliverables.
- Should be able articulate regarding his/her work/project.
- Should be able to take responsibility as POC of a team and mentor other associates.
- Soft skills to gel with the team and involve in team building activities.
- Participate in all team activities.
- Attend and discuss daily work/impediments in daily SCRUM calls
- Flexible extending work hours as per project demand (Sometimes during weekends)
Qualification:
- Bachelors' or Masters' is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in ORMB Testing
- Experience in Control M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool testing.
- Working experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in testing.
- Should have hands-on experience in Batch and Online testing
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong testing expertise in RMB, Java, ETL, SQL
- Knowledge in ETL and BO testing.
- Knowledge in health care billing.
- Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision-making skills Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented
- Agile Inclusive
- Good documentation skills to work on the various testing related artifacts. Should be able to raise risks or issues related to the deliverables in time.
- Good communication skills.
- Communicate/Collaborate with relevant onshore/offshore stakeholders to ensure quality delivery is done as per commitment (including Anthem Vendors).
- Quick learner.
