Serve as a key front office team member in a fast-paced medical environment
Act as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
Support daily clinic operations through scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination
Assist with insurance processing, billing support, and maintaining accurate patient records
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow efficiently
Conduct patient check-in/check-out while ensuring accuracy of information
Proactively follow up on recalls, missed appointments, and scheduling needs
Maintain precise electronic medical records and facilitate communication between departments
Verify insurance coverage and ensure all patient demographic information is current
Collect co-pays and balances while supporting billing and claims processes
Address patient questions regarding insurance and billing with clarity and professionalism
Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth clinic operations and meet performance standards
High school diploma required; healthcare or medical office experience preferred
Familiarity with insurance verification, billing, or medical administrative processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others as needed
Experience with collections or patient accounts is a plus
