What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting and cold calling, pitching, negotiating, closing.
• Build your territory from the ground up: identify targets, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
• Sell real solutions, not generic staffing: understand the client’s operation and solve actual workforce problems.
• Stay close to your accounts: expand relationships, drive additional business, and protect what you’ve built.
• Partner with our operations teams who know how to execute, so you can do what you do best and keep selling.
• This is a fully-in-person position and we're looking for a sales exec who enjoys working with their teams and customers each day.

What You Bring

• A track record in staffing sales. We are looking for someone with industry experience who has hit numbers, built relationships, and closed deals.
• Self-motivation that doesn’t depend on a manager checking in on you.
• Competitive edge: you like winning, and you don’t shy away from a challenge.
• Strong instincts in conversations: you know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and move a deal forward.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to be in front of clients regularly.
