HR Admin / Payroll Support

Hr/Payroll Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll professional to provide administrative and system support during a transition period. This is a temporary assignment with competitive pay and an opportunity to put your skills to use in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter employee data into new HR/payroll systems
• Assist with payroll, tax, and benefit verifications
• Support onboarding documentation and employee file updates
• Provide general administrative HR support as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all employee records

Requirements:

• Prior HR, payroll, or benefits administration experience required
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills
• Comfortable working with multiple HR systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule: Temporary through December 2025 (possible extension into early 2026).
