Assistant Marketing Manager – Retail Portfolio (Rebranding Focus)

Cardinal Staffing is hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to support a retail marketing portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating and executing rebranding initiatives across multiple consumer brands including Glidden, Olympic, Liquid Nails, and Homax.

Rebranding Project Management

• Support and lead assigned rebranding initiatives from planning through execution
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track dependencies and identify risks or delays
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand elements across all updated materials

Creative and Asset Coordination

• Partner with design and marketing teams to update packaging, labels, signage, and digital content
• Audit and identify marketing assets requiring updates
• Develop and maintain update plans and timelines
• Coordinate distribution of updated assets to internal teams and stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with design, legal, product, and operations teams to align on requirements and approvals
• Facilitate review and feedback cycles to keep projects on track
• Communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders

Process and Documentation

• Maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation related to rebranding initiatives
• Document timelines, decisions, and completed deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with project management tools is a plus

This is intended to be a 6 month to 1 yr. project Compensation: $35.00
