- The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program, with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required, with a preference for candidates who have a GPA above 3.0.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and an openness to coaching from experienced HR professionals.
- The ability to commute and work on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL or in White Plains, NY is necessary for this internship.
