As the Senior Director of Fleet Services, you will lead the charge in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong strategic relationships. You will develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and identify new business opportunities across the fleet services landscape. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define target markets, set revenue goals, and oversee sales forecasting and planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals across various territories or verticals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize success.
- Oversee sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet services and transportation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national and regional clients.
- Negotiate and finalize complex B2B contracts and long-term agreements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders in transportation, logistics, fleet maintenance, and related sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the fleet services or transportation industry.
- Deep industry knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and transportation logistics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, develop pricing strategies, and understand P&L statements.
