- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training preferred. - A minimum of 6-12 months of previous work experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing relationships with customers. - The candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change and receipts. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively will contribute to success in this role.
