- As a Service Advisor, you will act as a liaison between service technicians and customers, ensuring clear communication of service recommendations.
- You will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments, preparing for customer visits, and providing a friendly greeting upon arrival.
- The role involves determining vehicle needs through inspections and consultations, as well as producing transparent repair orders for customers.
- You will follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
- Achieving targeted sales goals and maintaining a high customer satisfaction index will be key performance indicators for this position.
