- As a Service Advisor, you will act as a liaison between service technicians and customers, ensuring clear communication of service recommendations.
- You will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments, preparing for customer visits, and providing a great service experience.
- The role involves determining vehicle needs through inspections and test drives, as well as producing transparent repair orders for customers.
- You will communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Achieving targeted sales goals and maintaining a high customer satisfaction index will be key performance indicators for this position.
