- The Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- The role requires staying current with the latest diagnostic methods and service techniques for vehicles sold and serviced by the dealership.
- Technicians will follow factory and dealership repair procedures when performing warranty work.
- Participation in service technician training programs and in-dealership service training activities is expected.
- The technician will communicate regularly with the service manager and other team members to confirm repair order information and diagnostic information.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess general mechanical skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles are essential for this role.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate customer service skills and have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Graduates of mechanical vocational trade schools or those with equivalent experience will be preferred.
- The candidate should have technical aptitude, ideally displayed through ASE certification or successful completion of a pre-employment test.
