✨ About The Role
- The Senior Engineering Manager will lead software engineers in London and NYC to build a best-in-class carbon accounting platform
- Responsible for day-to-day technology execution, product delivery, and focusing on delivering innovative product improvements
- Collaborate with the leadership team on long-term strategy, problem-solving, and delivering solutions for customers
- Interface with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Data to drive the development and scaling of impactful technology solutions
- Role involves a mix of fullstack software engineering, backend systems engineering, data engineering, and data science
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineering leader with a track record of managing multiple software teams in a startup environment
- Strong customer focus and experience collaborating closely with Product Designers and Managers to define products and drive customer adoption
- Skilled in building and operating software in a cloud provider environment
- Proven ability in hiring and developing software engineers and fostering a generative culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
