✨ About The Role
- The Solutions Engineer will support the Sales team by providing technical proof in sales cycles, running discovery sessions, leading product demonstrations, and collaborating on deal strategy
- Responsibilities include tailoring demonstrations to showcase how the solution supports complex commission plans & data structures, identifying opportunities for platform features, and building relationships with prospects and customers
- The role involves working cross-functionally with other teams like Product, Support, and Marketing to drive process improvement and customer satisfaction
- The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving high win rates and customer success by aligning with prospects' challenges and goals, demonstrating value, and driving a great team culture
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in configuring and selling software, preferably in a technology/SaaS environment, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced setting, including experience with building Excel models or a programming language like SQL or Python
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, tailoring demonstrations to convey value to prospective customers
- Collaborative team player with excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment, with a creative and open approach to problem-solving
