- The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for driving exceptional results in a B2B SaaS environment, owning the technical win in the sales cycle and participating in deal strategy and positioning
- Responsibilities include supporting the Sales team with technical proof in sales cycles, tailoring demonstrations to convey value to prospective customers, and identifying opportunities for platform feature enhancements
- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, building relationships with prospects and customers, and working towards achieving high win rates and customer success
- The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor team members, and share best practices consistently to uplevel the whole team

- Experienced in configuring and selling software, preferably in a technology/SaaS environment, with at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced setting, with experience in building Excel models or a programming language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to partner with internal teams to drive customer-centric solutions
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey value to prospective customers effectively
