- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role is essential, with a focus on coaching and developing technical consulting teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, enabling the candidate to influence both internal and external teams effectively.
- The candidate should possess experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation.
- A strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM) is highly desirable.
