Lead and develop our member service team to deliver an exceptional experience for members and prospective members. In this leadership role, you'll coach, support, and empower the team to provide professional, efficient, and member-centric service while meeting operational performance goals.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable)
• Strong relationship building skills with a focus on member-centric outcomes
• Ability to coach, motivate, and guide others with clear expectations and goals
• Adaptability to changing business and operational priorities
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service leadership role (essential)
• Experience in a high volume environment using multiple systems (desirable)
• Proven capability in coaching and leading employees to achieve performance outcomes
• Completion of year 12 or equivalent (preferred)
• Relevant qualifications in leadership or frontline management (highly desirable)
