We design, deliver, and operate agile, secure, resilient, and scalable foundational infrastructure for Capital One to thrive in and with the cloud. At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network.
As a Product Leader for Secure Service Edge, you will deliver network security solutions to protect employee access to Capital One business and productivity apps, SaaS apps, and internet destinations, with a consistent and simplified user experience, irrespective of whether they're working from campus, back-office, or remote locations, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy to balance security, user experience, and digital business transformation.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- At least 6 years of experience working in information technology
- At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (Secure Service Edge SSE, Cloud Access Security Broker CASB, Secure Web Gateway SWG, NGFW, VPN, Zero Trust Networking ZTNA)
- One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
- Experience solutioning, deploying, and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
