We are seeking an experienced and client-focused professional to join our Global Client Services team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, delivering a market-leading client experience. Acting as an extension of the Relationship Management team, you will interact directly with clients and external parties, leveraging project management best practices and deep industry knowledge to drive operational excellence. You will also play a key role in developing team processes, championing continuous improvement, and serving as a subject matter expert to help cultivate team capability and knowledge.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
