Support the team in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, website, social media, Telegram and WhatsApp
Support digital marketing campaigns through copyediting and SEO, with a focus on editing and optimisation of ad and web copies
Collect, organise, and update campaign performance data for monthly reporting and analysis
Content Marketing and Creative Support
Assist in the production of long- and short-form content, including articles, advertorials, and social media posts
Assist in the production of video content
Assist in the in-house design of ad and video creatives as needed
Broadcasting eDMs
Responsible for all eDMs produced by the Workspace marketing team
Liaise with other departments and teams to gather data and information for eDM content
Copywriting and design of all eDMs (eDMs are sent every fortnight)
Collect, organise, and update eDM performance data for monthly reporting and analysis
WhatsApp / Telegram Support
Create engaging content for WhatsApp and Telegram channels (posted 2 - 3 times per month)
Assist to manage live chats on WhatsApp and Instagram
Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and distribute qualified leads to the leasing team
Marketing and Administrative Support
Provide marketing and administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferably with 2 - 3 years' working experience in a similar capacity
Candidates with an editorial background who are keen to move into digital marketing are welcome to apply
Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Fast and independent with strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
