  • Motivated and eager to develop and grow technical skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, logical approach who enjoys working with IT hardware, learning new technologies and contributing to a collaborative team environment while delivering high-quality service to customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Repair and re-image customer IT equipment in line with service requirements.
  • Repair spare parts to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained for future customer calls.
  • Work closely with support teams, including Logistics, Resource Scheduling and Field Teams, to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Check manufacturers' warranty information to maximise free-of-charge (FOC) spare parts and recover labour costs where applicable.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of multiple manufacturers and their respective warranty processes.
  • Image and customise customer devices to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Liaise with wider teams (e.g. Logistics, Schedulers and Field Teams) to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Provide technical support for small and large projects when required.
