Capita Ireland is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from your home and our office in Little Island. You will join a small, friendly, and dedicated team to support our clients' customers with general enquiries, ensuring a positive impression and proactive service at all times. During your 8-week training and grad bay period, you will work full-time in our Little Island office. Therefore, it is essential that you can commute easily to our office. After training and grad bay, you will work hybrid, spending 2 days per week in the office and the remainder at home. You will work across Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
