As a Customer Service Agent, you will be supporting a long-standing client of Capita. The varied role will include providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions both with the client and their stakeholders. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, secure medical appointments while processing large volumes of data entry on new and existing applications. You will also manage a digital mail room in our Clonakilty offices where inbound and outbound correspondences are processed. You will be supported with extensive initial training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work with confidence. Attention to detail and accuracy is key in this role.
