About the Role

CapIntel is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team and build the foundation of product marketing at our company. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we bring products to market, set the standards for messaging and enablement, and create scalable programs that drive adoption and growth.

You'll work closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure our products are positioned with clarity, resonate with customers, and launch successfully. If you've been a founding PMM or played a key role in building product marketing from the ground up, this is an opportunity to do it again—this time with the resources of a scaling SaaS company.

What You'll Do

  • Build from 0–1: Establish core product marketing processes, frameworks, and playbooks that scale with the business.
  • Lead go-to-market: Drive strategy and execution for major launches tied to roadmap priorities and adoption goals.
  • Own the metrics: Define and track success measures for adoption, enablement, and campaign impact, using data to inform decisions and iterate.
  • Enable teams for success: Create clear, accessible materials that help customer-facing teams communicate product value with confidence.
  • Get into the weeds: Roll up your sleeves to write messaging, draft decks, build competitive analyses, and drive launch execution.
  • Translate insights into strategy: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, product usage data, and market signals to guide positioning and GTM strategy.
  • Partner across functions: Work with product, marketing, and revenue leaders to align on messaging, launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to monetization strategy: Provide customer and market context to help shape pricing, packaging, and value communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of leading launches and driving adoption.
  • Experience building product marketing from 0–1 in an early-stage or scaling environment.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Metrics-driven mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Hands-on operator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details.
  • Proven collaborator across product, marketing, and revenue teams.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in WealthTech, FinTech, or other compliance-focused B2B industries.
  • Involvement in pricing or monetization strategy for SaaS products.
  • Background working in multi-product or product-led growth environments.

  3. 45-Minute Video Interview with the Director, Solutions Architecture
  4. 60-Minute Presentation with the Director, Solutions Architecture, VP, Product and Head of Marketing.
