We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support our executive leadership team and senior leaders across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.

As a key member of our HR team, you'll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders, helping shape organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. You'll also lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Use data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions around employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support organizational design efforts, including structure planning, change management, and communication strategies.
• Coach and develop HR Business Partners across nearshore and domestic teams.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and legal experts to navigate employment regulations, especially across LATAM.
• Lead onboarding strategies for senior hires and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to enterprise HR initiatives, including policy alignment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Act as a key advisor on sensitive HR matters, ensuring compliance and consistency across business units.
