Your Role

• Project governance, Project planning, Process modelling, Meeting coordination
• Project management processes, Risk and issue analysis & management
• Change management
• Resource utilization & budgeting
• Negotiating, Support contracting and invoicing
• Communicate & report, manage relations in a project internally & externally

Skills and Expertise

• Fluent English & German language
• Keep a positive motivated & energetic attitude and help out others
• Experience in project support & monitoring/reporting or Project management,
• Previous experience in the financial industry (especially banking)
• Analytical thinking, decision making, ability to organize, prioritize and track tasks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experienced with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio & any PM tools: MS Project, Clarity, Plan-View
