Job Title: HRBP - Intern

Location: Pune

Job Summary: Objective of the Role: The HRBP intern will be responsible for –

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HRBP Activities: Assist HR Business Partners in daily tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Help coordinate and participate in HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to help improve workplace culture.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee information in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, internship experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Duration: 6 months
