- The Director of Growth Marketing will play a crucial role in leading the Marketing team at Canary Technologies, working closely with the co-founders and cross-functionally with other teams to drive company growth
- Responsibilities include generating quality pipeline growth for the Sales team, planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and developing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- The role involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure campaign effectiveness, as well as building processes for experimentation and measurement to enable scalability
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly hotels, and will focus on optimizing online response and conversion rates through landing page optimization
- This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can lead by example, manage projects end-to-end, and drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and campaigns

- Experienced marketing professional with a minimum of 8 years in Marketing, specifically 5+ years in demand generation within a B2B technology environment
- Skilled in managing teams and outside contractors, with a proven track record of success in building, testing, and scaling marketing channels
- Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo or similar systems, with the ability to develop and optimize content across various marketing channels
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze a product's market placement and execute informed marketing tests
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
