- Develop and execute comprehensive media relations strategies, including press releases, media pitches, and securing industry awards and speaking engagements
- Manage the company's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management
- Contribute to content creation efforts by writing blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create multimedia content like customer and product videos, webinars, podcasts, and more
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to improve brand reach

- Experience in content marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in content marketing or corporate communications, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
- Solid grasp and practical experience in SEO and web traffic analytics
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
