Job Description

The AME will be reporting to the Chief Engineer and his duties include:

• Planning and performing aircraft maintenance
• Ensuring that all replacement parts are inspected and properly certified prior to installation
• Assuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Organizing and housekeeping of the hangar facility
• Travelling to various work locations and environments as required
• Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME licence
• Must hold the authorization to work in Canada, this position is not available for sponsorship
• Must hold Bell 212 and/or 412 Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA)
• Hold a B206 & AS350B2/B3 ACA is an asset
• Organized and self-starter
• Customer focus and team player
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Must live in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL or be willing to relocate to the area
• Be able to obtain access to controlled goods approval
