- Lead a team to drive impact across a significant portion of the product, focusing on areas like Growth and Payments, Core Experience, Marketplace, and Tutor Experience
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product management to own the team’s vision and strategy

- Experienced software engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in the industry and at least 3 years leading engineering teams
- Skilled in working cross-functionally, especially with product managers, to drive impactful results
- Proficient in tech stack including mongodb, flask/python, react/redux, or similar technologies
- Excited about fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the team
- Passionate about helping students and engineers grow and learn
