The position

Cambio is growing fast and with our mission to build tomorrow's e-health solutions, we need to strengthen our capabilities with strong competence within Microsoft 365. In this position, you are in a team with senior colleagues with focus on our Microsoft ecosystem. You will participate in both operations, management and projects of our Microsoft enterprise solution ecosystem where your competence and experience from AD, Azure/Entra and Intune will be a key. In this position you will be a technical resource in various IT-related assignments or projects and support with expertise, for example, in new establishments, migrations, rollouts and other changes to our infrastructure.

You will be working closely with the IT security operations team, as well as the senior lead for Microsoft within IT services.

You would be part of Cambio IT-services organization, where we are focusing on deploying and improving our internal infrastructure and platforms – as a prerequisite for our organization to deliver for what is Sweden's largest electronic health record (EHR).

You will work according to our standard way of operating and improving the services based on ITIL standards. Our processes and security standards run as a baseline through everything we do.

Some of your key responsibilities

• Monitoring, operation and configuration of our O365 security services, for example Entra, Intune, AD, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Follow and drive implementation of best practices in identity management across the organization.
• Participate in management of the endpoint protection on clients and servers (work with incidents and abnormal behaviour, handling rulesets).
• Managing the autopilot and Intune automated solution within the company (managing configuration profiles, scripts, policies, applications and security features, supporting functions like MDM push and VPP tokens)
• Be part of the 3rd line of support for issues regarding our internal infrastructure, applications and user support.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have great technical skills and have a keen interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and software development. You enjoy collaborating in improving technical solutions with your team and other stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You have a strong willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools in the DevSecOps space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience within IT Operations/Application Management
• At least 3 years of practical experience working with both AD and Azure/Entra.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft's servers and cloud solutions, as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.
• Experience in managing user issues within Microsoft 365 (sign-in, permissions, email, etc.).
• General knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Enterprise Applications, Entra ID Connect, ITIL, IT Security, Microsoft Azure
• Advanced knowledge and work experience in at least one of the following:
• EntraID (Conditional Access, Purview)
• Patch Management (Intune)
• Deployment (Intune)
• Experience with automation of repetitive and manual tasks
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

It's a bonus if you

• Have relevant certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent).

Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
