Role Overview

Our tech sits at the heart of our product, and we're looking for experienced people who are passionate about their work, think about the best possible ways to process data, understand the importance of data, and keep up with the latest technology. You'll be playing a major role as part of our platform team.

Main Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve the infrastructure for ingesting, storing, and transforming data
Design, build, and enhance dimensional models for Data Warehouse and BI solutions
Work with other departments and support them with their data initiatives
Document new and existing models, solutions, and implementations

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on professional experience in data engineering-related roles
Experience in building and maintaining data platforms from scratch
Experience with AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Athena)
Experience with BI solutions
Advanced skills with Python and SQL
AI experience is a plus

Personality

Strong communicator
Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy and patience
