We're partnering with a rapidly scaling technology company in the construction-tech space that is reshaping how workflows and infrastructure are managed. They are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across the full spectrum of modern software development—from crafting polished interfaces to tackling backend systems and cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build and launch features that will be used daily by industry professionals. You'll rotate between projects, working closely with internal teams and end-users to deliver solutions that drive real-world impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and roll out new capabilities that directly enhance the platform's core user experience.
• Scale and optimize systems as the product evolves from startup scale into enterprise-ready adoption.
• Contribute across multiple domains: UI/UX frontends, backend APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
• Be an active voice in cultivating a team culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, and constant iteration.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with exposure to both frontend and backend work.
• Strong grounding in CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems).
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with practical experience using frameworks like Django and React (or equivalents).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud environments (GCP experience is an asset).
• Track record of delivering complex web-based applications in production.
• Comfort working remotely in a fast-moving environment with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Bonus points for a mention of the year React was first released—include it in your application to show you've read carefully.
