The Workplace Productivity Engineer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's digital infrastructure, with a focus on Windows upgrades, workplace productivity engineering, and application management. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications and systems.
Associate, vocational, or technical degree related to information technology or related field equivalent experience required. 4-7 years of experience in applications engineering. Proven experience in application engineering, system upgrades, and digital engineering. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. Advanced experience with task sequence development and management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. In-depth Experience with BIOS updates and settings management. Strong familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Rapid7 Insight Agent. Extensive Knowledge of driver management and system compatibility checks.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $25.23/hr - $42.04/hr and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
