Customer Support And IT Service Specialist

Primary responsibility is to respond and resolve customer support requests and IT service-related issues. Responsible for thorough and appropriate ticket documentation and management. Escalate problems as required to Tier 2 and 3 support teams and vendors. This person MUST be able to work 1 weekend day. The ideal schedule is 11am - 8pm Tuesday - Saturday.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
