The Walt Disney Studios (the Studio) encompasses the creation, production, promotion, acquisition, and distribution of live-action and animated motion pictures, music, and live stage plays. The Studio Production Services Team is responsible for title planning across all phases of production including development, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, and release for all studios. Studios include Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, Disney Live Action, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight. This team collaborates with cross-company partners on go-to-market strategic planning for streaming and theatrical titles. We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Production Services, in Burbank, CA. The Coordinator, Production Services, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the title planning information across all studios. Core responsibilities include facilitating and maintaining key planning documents and calendars, tracking milestones, and timely communication with key stakeholders.

This role is in-office based on the Studio Lot in Burbank, CA. Must be available to work on-site five days per week (Monday-Friday). Overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
The hiring range for this position in California is $48,500 to $65,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
