Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department's needs. The Welcome Center, part of Outreach and Community Relations, serves as a central hub for providing equitable, student-centered enrollment support at San Diego City College. The Senior Student Services Assistant in the Welcome Center is responsible for supporting a range of services including enrollment assistance, campus tours, facilitating student staff training, and providing general student support. This position plays a key role in ensuring that students receive accurate, timely, and welcoming guidance as they navigate the college's onboarding and enrollment processes. As part of Outreach, the Welcome Center also supports off-campus enrollment efforts at local high schools and community events.
